No. Viewers are always free. Anyone with a share link can view what that link includes, and people you invite to a project as viewers can open it with a free account. Seats are only needed for people who create and edit company work.

New uploads pause until you free up space, upgrade your plan or add a storage pack (+50 GB for $19 AUD per month). Nothing is deleted — your existing projects, photos and files stay exactly as they are.

Yes. One login can be a member of several companies — handy if you contract to more than one business. Each company pays for its own seats, and each company's projects stay with that company.

Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Starter plan limits. Your data is kept according to our retention policy — anything beyond the free limits becomes read-only until you upgrade again or tidy up.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or add and remove seats whenever you need. Changes are prorated for the rest of the billing period.

Free (Starter) accounts with no sign-in or account activity for 2 years, and accounts that have previously held a paid plan with no activity for 3 years, may be deleted along with their data. We email you before that happens — at least 60, 30 and 7 days beforehand — and simply signing in resets the clock. Active paid subscriptions are never deleted for inactivity. Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Paid plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe, our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. Government plan customers can request invoicing instead; email support@tekswipe.com.au.
